Apostolic Sisters of Mary Immaculate is a religious congregation for women in Syro-Malabar Church. It has been formed for those who are willing to offer themselves cent percent to the Lord. On 21st Sept. 1974, with the inspiration and blessings of the then Metropolitan Archbishop of Changanacherry, Mar Antony Padiyara, the founding members initiated their experience of community life of total dedication to God, in accordance with the evangelical counsels, in a small house in the parish of Amboori in Thiruvananthapuram Dist. After having completed their religious formation and canonical novitiate under the guidance of Sister Loyola S.D, they made their temporary vows on 21st Nov. 1977 and the final vows on 25th Nov 1982.

We share the redemptive mission of church, through various ministries. We were mainly involving in family apostolate, parish ministries, education, catechism, rehabilitating the physically and mentally challenged.....

The keen insight of founding father paved way to proclaim the word of God, the love and providence of God in Kanyakumari  Mission....
